Delivery Times & Tracking: Shipping duration depends on your destination and chosen shipping method. Once your order has dispatched, a tracking number will be sent directly to your email.
Shipping Address: Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address details.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and complete with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
Return Shipping & Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable local customs duties or taxes.
Non-Returnable Items:Customized or made-to-order items (including but not limited to custom fonts, cutting dies, and personalized stamps).Clearance or sale items.
Oversized & Heavy Items: Oversized or heavy products may incur additional restocking or handling fees, which will be specified on the product detail page.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Unshipped Orders: Orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime prior to dispatch.
